Christmas Menu 2015

£30 per person


Parsnip and honey soup with parsnip crisps

Camembert and caramelised onion tarte-tatin

Wild boar speck with fig, pecorino, rocket and fig balsamic

Smoked salmon gateau with citrus segments and baby herbs

Bread crumbed tiger prawns with marinated beansprouts and sweet chilli jam


Fillet of stonebass with chorizo, red peppers and new potatoes

Spiced aubergine and red lentil dahl with chickpea fritters

Confit duck with sprouting broccoli & chestnut hash, thyme jus

Supreme of salmon with smoked haddock brandade and pea velouté

Breast of turkey with sage and onion stuffing, sugar brown potatoes and cranberry jus

Aged sirloin steak, grilled field mushroom, tomato and chips (£5 supplement)


Sticky toffee pudding with homemade custard

Two British cheeses, fruitcake, grapes and chutney

White chocolate and passionfruit mousse with rocky road biscuit

Spiced poached pear with gingerbread, stem ginger syllabub

Mincemeat and almond pie with homemade rum and raisin ice cream

Christmas Menu Terms and Conditions

A deposit of £10 per person is required for all bookings on the Christmas menu. Deposits may be paid by card, cheque, cash or BACS.

Final party numbers are required to be confirmed no later than one week prior to the date of the booking. Deposits are unable to be returned after this time.

For bookings of seven people or under - orders may be taken on the day. For bookings of eight and over - pre-order is required at least one week prior to the date of booking.

Dietary requirements can be catered for if the Restaurant is notified at least one week prior to the date of the booking.

Wines may be pre-ordered with the Restaurant for large parties. Contact the Restaurant for a wine list and recommendations.
